Structural characteristics :
The suction port of LC vertical long shaft pump is vertical downward, the outlet is horizontal, vacuum-free start-up, single foundation installation, water pump and motor are directly connected, and the foundation covers a small area. Looking down from the motor end, the pump rotor components rotate counterclockwise. The main features are :
1. The hydraulic design software is used to optimize the design, and the performance is superior. The anti-abrasion performance of the impeller and guide vane is fully considered, so that the life of the impeller and guide vane is greatly improved. The product runs smoothly, safely, reliably, efficiently and energy-saving.
2.The pump inlet is equipped with a filter screen, and the opening size is appropriate, which not only effectively prevents large particles of impurities from entering the pump to damage the pump, but also minimizes the inlet loss and improves the pump efficiency.
3.The impeller adopts the balance hole to balance the axial force. The front and rear cover plates of the impeller are equipped with replaceable sealing rings to protect the impeller and guide vanes.
4.The pump rotor components include impeller, impeller shaft, intermediate shaft, upper shaft, coupling, adjusting nut and other parts.
5. The intermediate shaft of the pump, the lifting pipe and the protective pipe are multi-sections, and the shaft is connected by a threaded coupling or a sleeve coupling. The number of lifting pipes can be increased or decreased according to the needs of users to adapt to different liquid depths. The impeller and guide vane can be single-stage or multi-stage to meet different head requirements.
6. The length of single shaft is reasonable and the stiffness is enough.
7. The water pump lifting pipe adopts flange connection, and there is guide bearing body between two adjacent lifting pipes. The guide bearings are installed on the guide bearing body and the guide vane body. The guide bearings are made of polytetrafluoroethylene or Cylon or nitrile rubber materials. The guard pipe is used to protect the shaft and the guide bearing. When the water is conveyed, the guard pipe can be cancelled, and the guide bearing does not need to be externally connected with cooling and lubricating water ; when conveying sewage, must be installed pipe, guide bearing must be external cooling and lubricating water ( water pump with self-closing sealing system, water pump shutdown, self-closing sealing system can prevent sewage into the guide bearing )
8.The residual axial force of the pump and the weight of the rotor components can be borne by the thrust bearing in the motor support or the motor with thrust bearing. Thrust bearings are lubricated with grease ( also known as dry oil lubrication ) or lubricant ( also known as thin oil lubrication ).
9.The shaft seal of the pump is a packing seal, and the shaft seal and the guide bearing are equipped with a replaceable shaft sleeve to protect the shaft. The axial position of the impeller is adjusted by the upper end of the thrust bearing component or the adjustment nut in the pump coupling, which is very convenient.
10. The vertical long-axis pump with the outlet diameter of 100 and 150 is only used to transport water at room temperature, without protective pipe, and the guide bearing does not need external lubrication water lubrication.
