The QY type oil pump series is redesigned on the basis of the original Y type oil pump series. It is a new product developed to adapt to the upgrading of energy-saving equipment, and has the following characteristics : 1. The hydraulic model of high efficiency and energy saving is adopted in the hydraulic flow components, which is 5-8 percentage points higher than the efficiency of the original Y-type oil pump ; In order to maintain continuity, the structure type, installation size and performance parameter range of AY type oil pump are the same as those of Y type oil pump, which is convenient for the renewal and transformation of old products ; 4, parts generalization degree is high, the standard parts for several series of products ; 5. Structural characteristics :

The QY type oil pump is divided into six structures : single-stage single-suction cantilever type, two-stage single-suction cantilever type, single-stage double-suction cantilever type, single-stage double-suction two-end supported type, two-stage double-suction two-end supported type, and two-stage single-suction two-end supported type.

AY type oil pump shell radial dissection, especially suitable for conveying high temperature, high pressure and flammable, explosive and toxic liquid. Its installation method is horizontal center line support. The suction flange and outlet flange of the pump are cast on the pump body and are vertical upward. The shaft seal is integrated with the pump cover, which can be filled with material seal and balanced, corrugated pipe and series mechanical seal. There is an optional water-cooled cavity jacket outside the shaft seal cavity. The water-cooled cavity must be equipped with special requirements or when the conveying medium is water with a temperature exceeding 66 °C and hydrocarbons with a temperature exceeding 150 °C.

The impeller is integrally cast, and after static balance check, the axial force of the pump is mainly balanced by the impeller balance hole.

The bearing body is equipped with a set of radial ball bearings and a set of back-to-back thrust ball bearings, and the bearing adopts the oil throwing ring.
