Structural characteristics :
1.The bearing frame, shaft, packing box, and impeller form an installation unit module, and the pumps of different specifications can be completely interchanged to save spare parts reserve costs. At the same time, after removing the separable coupling, the installation unit module composed of bearing frame, shaft, packing box and impeller can be removed without removing the pipeline and motor.
2.The pump body has an interchangeable mouth ring to protect the pump body from wear, and the pump body can also be equipped with a thermal insulation jacket. The inlet flange is inhaled horizontally, and the outlet flange is radially upward. The impeller can be single suction, closed test impeller, back blade or through the balance ring and balance hole balance axial force. Single row ball bearing, thin oil lubrication ; oil level out of the constant position oil cup automatic control ; the bearing seal adopts labyrinth seal.
3. Shaft seal can use mechanical seal box or packing seal box. Sealing box can be cooled or insulated. Shaft seal can be cooled and rinsed.
4.The design pressure levels of the flange are PN16 and PN25, which can also be applied to ANSI125 and 150.
