The HWG pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single-suction volute mixed-flow pump. It is suitable for transporting clear water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. It is widely used in many occasions such as farmland irrigation and drainage, industrial and urban water supply and drainage. The temperature of the transported liquid should not exceed 50 °C.

Structural characteristics :
HWG mixed flow pump is composed of pump cover, impeller, pump body, shaft sleeve shaft, bearing body and so on.
The pump cover is a part connecting the pump body and the intake pipe. There is an appropriate gap between the pump cover and the impeller. If the gap is too small, friction will be generated. If the gap is too large, a large amount of liquid will return from the high pressure to the inlet side of the impeller, which will reduce the efficiency of the pump. The size of the gap can be adjusted by the thickness of the paper pad, and the gap is generally 0.3-0.7mm.
The shaft seal is sealed with packing of oil-filled graphite packing. The function is to prevent air from entering the pump and a large amount of water flowing out along the pump shaft.
The shaft sleeve is used to prevent friction between the shaft and the filler. When the shaft sleeve wears seriously, it should be replaced in time.
The bearing adopts a single row centripetal ball bearing. The bearing can be lubricated by oil, and the oil amount is kept within the oil bar indicator line, or it can also be lubricated by oil. The oil is applied to the bearing during assembly. The small pump removes the front and rear cover plates to add grease, and the large pump is added through the oil cup.
The screw hole on the top of the pump body is used for irrigation before starting, or for connecting the vacuum pump of exhaust water absorption.
